Explore Opportunities Today Duties and tasks include but are not limited to the following: Responsible fortimelyprocessing of Conventional, FHA and VAmortgage loan applications in compliance with investor requirements. VHDA and NCHFA processing experiencea plus. Ensure completeness of mortgage loan applications, clarifying and obtainingadditionaldocumentation as needed Prepare loan file for underwriting approval Proactive communication of loan status to originators,borrowersand agents Must be located in the North Raleigh/ Wake Forest area.
