Make a difference in students’ lives by providing crucial psychological support in an engaging K-12 school environment. This full-time contract opportunity is ideal for dedicated School Psychologists ready to impact individual growth and foster positive learning experiences. Choose between two dynamic locations: one within a K-12 setting, collaborating alongside a psych assistant, and another located nearby with flexible grade levels (to be determined). Roles are available in both hybrid and onsite capacities, creating options to suit your work style.
Key qualifications and background:
- Active School Psychologist certification required
- Experience within school settings (K-12 preferred)
- Proficiency conducting comprehensive student assessments
- Strong skills in developing and writing Evaluation Team Reports (ETRs)
- Comfortable leading and participating in student-centered meetings
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct and interpret psychological assessments for students
- Collaborate in writing detailed ETRs to inform educational planning
- Attend and contribute to meetings with educators, parents, and support staff
- Advise on intervention strategies tailored to student needs
- Offer recommendations for education plans, behavioral supports, and resources
- Maintain records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
