Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Requirements We require a masters degree in psychology, special education, or a closely related field. We require current BCBA certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. We value strong interpersonal communication and writing abilities. We look for established leadership and management capabilities. We need someone who collaborates effectively and contributes positively to a treatment team. We prefer proficiency with platforms such as Central Reach. Applicants should be highly organized, self-driven, adaptable, positive, and team-oriented. Responsibilities We provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in home and community settings. We create, monitor, and revise instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains. We train paraprofessional staff on how to implement instructional programs and behavior plans. We work under the guidance of our Executive Director and Clinical Director.
