We are a vibrant,fast-paced community-based cliniclooking to add a compassionate mental health professional who is passionate about supporting children and families through play-based, family-centered, andstrength-based care. WhatYou'llDo: Provide behavioral health support to children, teens, and families with a variety of emotional, social, developmental, and behavioral needs Work as a cohesive, collaborative team alongside therapy professionals and caregivers Lead engaging individual, family, and group sessions focused on emotional regulation, coping strategies, social skills, behavior support, and life skills Partner with families, schools, and professionals to support each child's growth and participation across environments Develop individualized strategies and home programs that help families carry skills into daily routines Track progress and celebrate every win - big or small What You Bring: Hold current Washington state licensure or be eligible for licensure in amentalhealth field Master'sdegree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, behavior analysis, or a related mental health field from an accredited university Active License in Washington State (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW,) and Active credentialing withWA 3rdparty payers CPR certification A playable spirit and a heart full of compassion Knowledge of child development, trauma-informed care, family systems, and functional skill progression Awareness of neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and culturally responsive practices, with motivation to support clients and families using this framework Flexibility as an adaptable team player witha strong desireto learn Excellent organizational, documentation, time management, and communication skills, with willingness to collaborate and contribute to the team Experience in a pediatric outpatient, community-based,mentalhealth, or family-centered setting is preferred but notrequired WhyYou'llLove It Here: Supportive team, flexible schedule, and room to express your creativity Deep community connections and meaningful impact Weekly scheduled meetingsproviding the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from your team We'rebased in thebeautiful Pacific Northwest, where towering evergreens, mountain views, and fresh air inspire healing, creativity, and joy A chance to help kidsdream big, believe in themselves, and achieve their fullest potential What We Offer: Competitive compensation; $68,000- $80,000 Generous PTO and paid holidays Flexible scheduling options.
