Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation. Actively communicate with clients, families, and outside referral sources, within HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2. Document all correspondence with patients and other stakeholders. Collaborate in treatment planning with patients to achieve goals and document progress; revise treatment plans as appropriate to create new goals. Engage with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, utilization review, and nursing staff; maintain proactive communication with team members. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy, or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with relevant licensure (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, LMFT) Current unencumbered state licensure per state requirements CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment and prior to patient contact Prior work with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients Job Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Health Care Provider Industries: Mental Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr Beckett Springs
