About the Role
As our Receptionist, you'll help create a welcoming experience for customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. You'll work closely with our team to schedule appointments, answer questions, maintain customer information, quote new and existing customers, and identify opportunities to help customers with their insurance needs.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments and help manage office communications
• Assist customers with questions, quotes, and follow up on their needs
• Maintain accurate customer records and information
• Have conversations with prospective and existing customers about their insurance needs
• Identify opportunities to connect customers with appropriate insurance products
• Assist with administrative tasks and special projects
• Provide professional, friendly service throughout every customer interaction

• Able to multitask and prioritize in a busy office
• Comfortable learning new technology and computer systems

• Motivated to learn and grow within the insurance industry
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required insurance licensing

Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or sales experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person

Monday-Friday | 8:15 a.m.-5:15 p.m
