Valley View Manor is looking for a Dietary Server to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position enjoys working in a busy environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. Hours:

• Part Time
• Every other weekend

Responsibilities:

Prepares and portions food appropriately for residents.

Prepares and portions correct amount of food as determined meal tickets

Plates and serves food.

Handles and stores food in a safe manner following HACCP standard operating procedures.

Sanitizes equipment and work area per assigned schedules and designated procedures.

Wash and sanitize dishes and utensils.

Preparing all beverages including nectar, honey and pudding thick beverages

Distributing beverages to residents before meal time

Cleaning tables and stocking condiments, creamers, sugar etc.

Performing correct sanitary measures
