Litigation Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Litigation Paralegal to join a respected law firm in Tampa, Florida. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced litigation paralegal to join a dynamic legal team and play a key role in managing complex commercial litigation matters throughout all stages of the case lifecycle. Responsibilities Support attorneys in all phases of business and commercial litigation matters Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence Manage case files and maintain litigation deadlines Assist with document review, production, and organization of case materials Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation Conduct legal research and factual investigations as needed Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third-party vendors Prepare exhibits, witness files, and trial binders Qualifications 3+ years of business, commercial, or complex litigation paralegal experience Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures Experience managing cases from inception through trial Proficiency with e-filing in Florida courts Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and work independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Paralegal certificate preferred but not required Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Paid time off and paid holidays Life and disability insurance Professional development and growth opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment If you are an experienced Business Litigation Paralegal looking to take the next step in your career with a highly regarded Tampa law firm, we encourage you to apply today.
