Senior People Operations Partner

For our client, we are seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will help shape the employee experience by owning core People operations across the full employee lifecycle. You will improve processes, strengthen workflows, and support key programs that keep the People function running smoothly in a fast-paced, remote environment. The position also partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver thoughtful guidance, data-informed improvements, and scalable operational support. Location: Remote Compensation: $130,000 – $175,000 annually Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of core People processes throughout the employee lifecycle Design and enhance workflows to streamline People processes Support the execution of key People programs such as performance and compensation cycles Provide clear recommendations and options for complex People-related decisions Use data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and automation Collaborate with cross-functional teams on People-related initiatives Create documentation and processes to ensure continuity within the People function Qualifications 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR roles Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments Hands-on experience with employee lifecycle processes and HR systems Knowledge of Canadian employment practices and legal considerations Demonstrated success in improving operational processes and systems Strong communication skills and discretion in handling sensitive matters Ability to prioritize and manage competing needs effectively Benefits Stock options as part of compensation Annual salary reviews to support career growth Health and dental coverage with wellness spending accounts Remote work flexibility across Canada with optional office access $2,000 annual budget for professional development courses 20 vacation days per year, with a $1,000 bonus if fully utilized Parental leave top-up to 100% salary for 18 weeks Quarterly team-building offsite events #J-18808-Ljbffr
