Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Care Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Home Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 2+ years recent and relevant home care experience License: RN license required Certifications: OASIS and Epic experience required Must-Have: - Recent and relevant home care experience - Experience with OASIS and Epic Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of recent and relevant home care experience. The role involves conducting 25-30 visits per week. There will be a mix of start of care and revisits. Candidates must have experience with OASIS and Epic software. This position offers guaranteed hours, ensuring stability for the successful applicant. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
