Role Summary SoltechPR is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic Product Launches team, supporting one of our elite regulated industry clients. This role is pivotal in managing and guiding product launches and variations, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with industry standards. As a Senior Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, coordinating efforts from project inception to completion, and playing a critical role in the successful market introduction of new products. Responsibilities Lead project planning and implementation for product launches and variations in the regulated manufacturing sector. Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. Foster communication and collaboration across project teams and stakeholders. Ensure project deadlines and budgets are met. Provide detailed reports and updates on project status, challenges, and outcomes. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Accountable for managing deliverables from an interdisciplinary team. Drive completion of tasks required by a comprehensive plan. Manage multiple overlapping timelines. Competencies/Skills Requirements Regulated Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Pharma, Biopharma, and medical devices, with familiarity in regulatory standards and compliance. Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in leading projects from inception to completion using various methodologies and tools. Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement project strategies that align with organizational goals. Risk Management Skills: Competency in identifying, mitigating, and managing project risks effectively. Financial Management: Understanding of budgeting, resource optimization, and cost control. Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information. Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment. Stakeholder Engagement: Skill in managing stakeholder relationships, conflict resolution, and negotiation. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and project scopes, including remote work and occasional travel. Attention to Detail: A strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness, with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the regulated manufacturing industry (Pharma, Biopharma, or Medical Devices). Fluent English speaker with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. Experience with product launches or variations in a regulated environment. Ability to work independently and manage multiple project streams in a fast-paced setting. Flexibility to visit the client in Boston as required. Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification Experience working in a remote setup with teams spread across different geographies Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
