That means as a Occupational Therapy Assistant with CareOne, you'll enjoy:Collaboration every day with nursing and clinical staff for stronger patient outcomes.Consistency and stability—you're part of our team, not a rotating agency.Career advancement opportunities across our large, multi-state network.Supportive culture where therapists are valued as essential members of the care team.The Occupational Therapy Assistant's (OTA) overall responsibility is to manage the care of the resident/resident, managing quality of all related outcomes.Location: Bound Brook, NJFacility: CareOne at SomersetSalary Range: $30- $45 per HourPractice Setting: Short Term Rehab and Long Term CareEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvides rehabilitation care within all general accepted practice methods, meeting all center, state, federal, and accrediting standards.Implements treatment plans as outlined by the supervising therapist.Provides feedback to the designated supervisor on all clinical and rehabilitation issues.Participates in the screening of all residents according to directed schedules and practices.Participates in all center directed processes and services.Shows effective management of treatment and non-treatment related activities.Performs necessary clinical documentation to meet center, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirements.Maintains complete, accurate and timely billing records to meet center, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirementsParticipates in in-service training programs as requestedMay travel to other facilities to provide services on a limited basisPosition RequirementsAssociate's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant programPrefer-experience/knowledge in older adult rehabilitation.Why CareOne?CareOne is a trusted leader in skilled nursing, short-term rehab, long-term care, assisted living, LTACH, and sub-acute care.
