Job Description

The Accounting Specialist plays a crucial role in managing financial processes within the organization, utilizing ERP software to support a medium to large-sized team. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate financial accounting, reporting, and compliance while contributing to various accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and audit support.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Prepare and analyze financial reports
Perform account reconciliations
Support audit activities and documentation
Oversee project management related to accounting tasks
Conduct collections activities
Prepare and file sales tax documents
Maintain accurate financial accounting records

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in accounting
