About the Role As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Aviata at South Daytona, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while advancing your skills and experience. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN to join our team in a part‑time capacity. As a member of our care team, you will supervise staff, oversee patient care, and ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. Responsibilities Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards Other duties as assigned Qualifications Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done Benefits Competitive pay, along with holiday pay and paid time off (PTO) program Perfect Punch Program: get $225 with perfect attendance!
