Excellent communication skills are required to negotiate at a senior level, guide, influence and convince others, and provide authoritative advice. The role includes accountability for technical strategy, resource management, and team allocation. Responsibilities Knowledge of public cloud, API gateways, containerization, microservices-based architecture, AI/ML, and domain knowledge of wealth lending products; provide architectural vision across all IT systems. Develops architecture, strategy, planning, and problem solving solutions at an enterprise level. Interfaces across several channels, acting as a visionary to proactively assist in defining direction for future projects. Maintains continuous awareness of business, technical, and infrastructure issues and acts as a consultant to aid in the development of creative solutions. May be accountable for end-to-end results, including budgeting, policy formulation, and future state technology strategies. Interfaces with vendors to assess their technology and guide product roadmaps based on Citi requirements. Provides thought leadership and contributes to technical direction and strategic decisions. Exhibits sophisticated analytical thinking to resolve complex issues. Negotiates at higher levels; manages risk and ensures compliance with laws, policies, and ethical standards. Performs other assigned duties. Qualifications 10+ years relevant experience. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication. Proven management and prioritization skills. Ability to develop working relationships and manage multiple activities. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines. Self-starter, quick learner, and detail-oriented. Education Bachelor’s or university degree (or equivalent experience); potential Master’s degree. Salary Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $176,720.00 – $265,080.00 Benefits In addition to salary, Citi offers discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
