IT Program Manager - Care Sites Portfolio

The IT Program Manager, Care Sites Portfolio will lead and manage IT staff and resources in accordance with company's IT Business Plan, plan and manage scope, schedule, and budget for defined deliverables in accordance with the OhioHealth IS PMO project management standards and in accordance with service level agreements at agreed upon budgets. Requirements Manage technology projects and/or programs running across one or multiple Lines of Business targeted at achieving overall business goals Establishes project requirements, priorities and deadlines Manages budgets of the project, monitors project progress and adjusts resources and priorities Ensures project is completed in accordance with all Risk, Architecture and other relevant OhioHealth IS PMO guidelines Coordinates resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more projects Develops plans and manages interdependencies between development teams and business units Publishes project status and executive reporting Interacts with senior leadership and cross line of business resources to deliver projects and programs Coaches and mentors less experienced team members Benefits Paid Time Off 401k Matching Retirement Plan #J-18808-Ljbffr OhioHealth
