Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 20 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 3 years in emergency department, preferably in a trauma level 2 or 1 setting License: Active Compact License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI Must-Have: - Prior travel experience required - Must work at least one major holiday during the assignment Description: Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a night shift position. The schedule will be 7 PM to 7 AM. The ideal candidate should have strong abilities in patient care in an emergency department setting. The role requires extensive experience in emergency care and trauma assessments. Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) is mandatory. No local applicants within 60 miles will be accepted. Traveler must be prepared to work every other weekend. All requests for time off must be included in the application. The organization reserves the right to cancel assignments based on patient census.
