Receptionist Position
Spherion Staffing is hiring a receptionist for an attorney's office in Wichita Falls, TX! Working schedule is Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm, pay is $15.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Answering calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Obtaining medical records
- Entering information into system
- Processing billing
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented, patient and friendly
- Organization and detail oriented abilities
Education: High School
Experience: 1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Front desk reception and/or administrative experience required.
- Must adhere to business casual dress code standards
