Requirements & Qualifications Admitted to practice in Arizona; additional admissions are a plus. Minimum 3 years of experience in discovery and law and motion. Experience in both state and federal court. Excellent academic credentials and work history. Preferred Background & Skills Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with Westlaw and Lexis/Nexis for legal research. Experience with depositions, hearings, and mediations. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Draft pleadings and briefs for litigation cases. Prepare and respond to written discovery requests. Analyze insurance policies and provide coverage opinions to clients. Conduct legal research to support case strategies. Review documents in preparation for litigation and attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required. Submit filings to the court and maintain organized case files.
