Ladies Locker Room Attendant

Position Summary The Ladies Locker Room Attendant is responsible for providing an exceptional level of personalized service to members and guests within the Ladies Locker Room and related areas. This position maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, comfort, and hospitality while creating a welcoming and luxurious experience consistent with The Club at Carlton Woods' commitment to excellence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Member Service Greet members and guests warmly and professionally by name whenever possible. Anticipate member needs and provide prompt, attentive service. Assist members with locker assignments, storage, and locker room amenities. Maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment at all times. Build positive relationships with members and provide personalized service experiences. Locker Room Operations Ensure lockers, vanities, lounges, restroom facilities, and wellness areas are immaculate throughout the day. Replenish towels, toiletries, personal care items, and other amenities. Collect, launder, fold, and restock towels and linens as needed. Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Maintain locker rental needs and requests Manage keys for all lockers Facility Cleanliness Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of locker room facilities. Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with club policies and health regulations. Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities remain organized and member-ready. Immediately report maintenance or safety concerns. Food and Beverage Prepare and maintain complimentary refreshments and beverage stations. Monitor and replenish snacks, coffee service, infused water, and other amenities. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas. Take food and beverage a la carte orders Support banquet programming that is booked in Ladies Locker Room space Administrative Responsibilities Track lost-and-found items and follow established procedures. Maintain confidentiality regarding member information and activities. Complete daily checklists and required documentation accurately. Qualifications Previous hospitality, country club, hotel, spa, or customer service experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Food and beverage service experience. Ability to provide elevated, member-focused service. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong commitment to hospitality and service excellence. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality. Ability to interact professionally with members, guests, and team members. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as necessary. Ability to work in varying temperatures associated with locker room, fitness, and laundry environments. Work Environment Luxury private club environment. Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
