RN Assessment Nurse - PRN

As part of the nonprofit Givens Communities, Givens Home First supports older adults in living healthy, happy, and safe lives at home within our campuses, and across WNC. At Givens Home First, you’ll provide 1:1 care in a consistent setting, supporting our clients where they feel most at home. Why You'll Love This Role Flexible PRN scheduling with availability to pick up additional shifts Consistency - most assessments will be on our campuses, so there wouldn't be driving all over town, as you would with a typical home care agency Supportive, mission-driven team 1:1 connection with clients What You'll Do Complete initial and 90-day home care assessments Conduct supervisory visits Develop and update person-centered care plans Collaborate with caregivers, families, and leadership Document in WellSky What You'll Need Active North Carolina RN License Must have an active, unencumbered NC drivers license Home care / home health experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills PRN Perks Flexible scheduling Shift differentials + holiday pay Referral bonuses Compensation for this position is $33.50 - $38.50 per hour, based on experience.
