The portfolio includes growth-oriented and transformational initiatives such as geographic expansion, new channel development, DTC growth, social commerce, AI-enabled transformation, operating model enhancements, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead a portfolio of high-impact enterprise initiatives aligned to strategic priorities and growth objectives. Drive execution of initiatives spanning geographic expansion, channel development, commercial growth, AI-enabled transformation, operating model enhancements, and enterprise transformation. Lead initiatives from desired business outcomes through implementation, adoption, and scale, ensuring delivery of measurable results and sustained organizational impact. Develop and execute change management strategies that drive stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, user adoption, and realization of business benefits. Drive accountability, governance, risk management, and executive visibility across the initiative portfolio. Experience 15+ years of experience in program leadership, business transformation, operations, consulting, strategic initiatives, or related disciplines. Proven track record leading complex enterprise-wide initiatives with significant business impact. Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled transformation initiatives, including the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of technologies that create measurable business value and operational impact. Cross functional matrix leadership to delivery business results through influence. Exceptional influence, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Strong systems thinker with a bias for action and measurable outcomes. Credible, confident leader who can challenge constructively and lead through ambiguity. Excellent communication skills, able to engage from the Executive Leadership Team to frontline teams. Strong project management skills to ensure initiatives deliver on time and at cost. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below.
