Director, HEMGENIX Marketing

CSL seeks a Director, HEMGENIX Marketing to lead U.S. brand strategy for its innovative gene therapy in rare disease. This role owns long term brand planning, positioning, and integrated campaigns across HCP, patient, and digital channels. The director partners with medical, access, and sales to drive adoption and deliver strong launch/inline performance while staying fully compliant with pharma regulations. You will guide market insights, oversee agencies and budgets, and develop a high performing team within CSL's patient focused, science driven, and collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated campaigns across HCP, patient, and digital channels.
• Partner with medical, market access, and sales to drive adoption, access, and launch/inline performance.
• Leverage market insights, competitive intelligence, and analytics to optimize positioning and messaging.
• Oversee agency partners, creative development, and marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
• Ensure all promotional activities comply with regulatory, legal, and pharmacovigilance requirements.
• Coach and develop a high performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Represent HEMGENIX marketing in global and cross functional forums, aligning with CSL's portfolio strategy.
