About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its technology organization and drive the strategic vision for the adoption of decarbonized technologies and infrastructure. The CTO will be responsible for the end-to-end technology strategy, including product engineering, IT infrastructure, and corporate cybersecurity. This hands-on, multi-disciplinary role requires a leader with a strong background in enterprise IT, cloud infrastructure, and technical execution, particularly in the context of a core SaaS platform. The successful candidate will manage the technology budget, oversee IT operations, and ensure the security and compliance of all corporate endpoints, networks, and SaaS tools. Key responsibilities for the CTO at the company include internal IT strategy, enterprise governance, and collaboration architecture. The role also involves leading information security initiatives, establishing and auditing IT policies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The CTO will work closely with executive leadership to bring new products to market, manage technical debt, and advise on enterprise technical risk. A critical aspect of the position is cross-functional alignment, where the CTO will partner with other leaders to integrate and scale technological solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT leadership, experience with zero-trust architectures, and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a diverse audience.
