Intake Specialist Adsurdly Full-Time | Hybrid Annapolis, MD 21401 About the Role Adsurdly is seeking a motivated Intake Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this client-facing role, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal representation after experiencing difficult situations. You'll evaluate potential personal injury cases, gather essential information, and connect qualified clients with our attorneys. Schedule Monday – Friday Either 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 1 Hour Lunch Break Key Responsibilities Contact potential clients to assess case viability Handle inbound calls and inquiries from prospective clients Collect and document initial case information Evaluate case facts to determine if our firm can provide assistance Maintain high call volume while delivering excellent customer service Navigate multiple technology platforms (Slack, CRM systems, etc.) What We're Looking For Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus) Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Professional demeanor and quick decision-making abilities Competitive mindset with team-oriented approach Comfort with high-volume calling Tech-savvy with ability to learn new platforms quickly Self-directed with strong organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Sales experience preferred Legal experience not required Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 Commission structure (details provided during interview) Health and dental insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid holidays and PTO Performance-based incentive programs Clear advancement opportunities Why Join Us?
