What You'll Do:

• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move goods to designated spots.
• Keep accurate records of product movements and inventory transactions.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Support general warehouse duties such as packing, labeling, and organizing inventory.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven forklift operating experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
• Keen attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety standards.
• Previous experience adjusting to different shift schedules.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
• Prior hands-on experience operating forklifts in fast-paced environments.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to transition from day shift (7:00 AM 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday) to 2nd (3PM - 11PM) or 3rd shift (11PM - 7AM) after initial training.
• Valid forklift certification or the willingness to obtain one.
