Lead HR Business Partner- US BioPharmaceuticals

Lead HR Business Partner for AstraZeneca's US BioPharmaceuticals division in Wilmington, DE. This strategic HR leadership role partners with senior business leaders to develop and execute integrated people strategies, workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Reports to VP of HR with hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated people strategy aligned with business priorities and organizational vision
Serve as strategic advisor to senior leaders providing counsel, challenge, and executive coaching
Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development to build diverse talent pipeline
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver talent management, rewards, performance, and employee experience solutions
Design organizational and culture interventions addressing capability gaps and driving business performance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
7+ years HR experience in large, complex, global, matrixed organizations
Proven track record developing and executing HR strategies with measurable results
Strong analytical skills using HR analytics and organizational data for decision-making
Demonstrated experience as trusted advisor and coach to senior business leaders
Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence at senior levels
Digital fluency with evidence of driving innovative HR solutions and continuous improvement
