PT Evening Receptionist/Cashier

Russ Darrow Greenfield Mazda is actively seeking a friendly, dependable Receptionist/Cashier to be the welcoming first point of contact for our dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily office operations in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and is comfortable handling both customer interactions and basic accounting tasks. Dealership experience and strong Excel skills are a plus.ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in person and over the phone in a professional, courteous mannerAnswer incoming calls, determine the nature of the call, and route callers to the appropriate department promptlyOperate the switchboard telephone system efficiently and accuratelyReceive cash, check, and credit card payments; issue receipts and make change accuratelyPerform routine accounting tasks related to accounts receivable and accounts payableAssist managers and office staff with clerical and administrative duties as neededCommunicate clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, and internal team membersLearn dealership departments, procedures, and internal processes to assist customers efficientlyThis role is ideal for someone who takes pride in being organized, dependable, and customer-focused while contributing to a positive team environment.Hours Available3-4 days per week, 3pm-8pmEvery other Friday 3pm-8pmEvery Other Saturday 8am to 5pmAbout UsThe Darrow Difference is the foundation of our success – and we want you to be a part of it!Are you outgoing, enjoy meeting new people, and have a passion for the latest technology?
