As a Client Project Specialist with Pinion's Broadband Consulting team, you'll play a key role in ensuring clients receive a seamless, professional experience across board meetings, conferences, industry events, and consulting engagements. This is more than an administrative role. You'll serve as a trusted coordinator behind some of our most important client interactions, partnering with consultants, and executives to anticipate needs, solve problems, and deliver exceptional service. What You'll Be Doing Coordinate client meetings, board sessions, and consulting engagements from planning through follow-up. Manage travel, lodging, meeting materials, agendas, registrations, and event logistics. Support broadband industry conferences and training events, including occasional onsite attendance. Create and proofread presentations, reports, and client-facing communications. Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and consultants. Maintain project documentation, templates, and administrative processes. Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure an outstanding client experience. Provide general office support including answering phones, ordering supplies, mail, etc. What You'll Need for This Position 1-3 years of administrative, project coordination, executive support, event planning, or related experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail. A service-oriented mindset and ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members. Valid driver's license and ability to work in-office in Colorado Springs. Compensation: In some states and municipalities, Pinion is required by law to include a reasonable estimate for range of compensation. When making compensation decisions, Pinion takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications/licenses, and geographic location. The wide range for this role reasonably accounts for these factors. Specific compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $22.00 - 26.00/hour.
