Our organization is on the lookout for a full-scope OB/GYN Hospitalist to become part of our expanding women's health team on the picturesque Eastern Shore of Maryland. This role provides a unique chance to engage in comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology within a collaborative hospital setting, while also contributing to the education of future physicians through our ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency program. This position is particularly suited for those who thrive in inpatient care, appreciate predictable schedules, and have an interest in academic involvement.

• Full-scope OB/GYN hospitalist position
• Options for 12 or 24-hour shifts
• Oversee labor and delivery, manage obstetric emergencies, and provide gynecologic care
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of physicians, midwives, and nursing staff
• Involvement in teaching OB/GYN residents as part of our ACGME-accredited program

• Deliver inpatient OB/GYN coverage
• Manage patients in labor and delivery
• Respond to obstetric emergencies and perform triage
• Conduct cesarean deliveries and gynecologic procedures
• Collaborate with local OB/GYN physicians and midwives
• Teach and supervise OB/GYN residents during clinical practice (mandatory)
• Engage in a team-oriented approach to patient care and education

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Eligible for a Maryland medical license
• Interest in academic medicine and resident training
• Dedication to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
