Job Description
We are looking for dependable, hard-working Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works well under pressure, and takes pride in preparing high-quality meals while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of kitchen equipment and work areas.
- Follow food safety and health regulations.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
- Assist with food prep, inventory and receiving deliveries as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
