Entry Level RV/Trailer Technician

Job Description

We're looking for a motivated entry-level RV/Trailer Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build a long-term career in the RV industry. No RV experience required - we're willing to train the right person.

What You'll Do:

Assist with diagnosing and repairing RVs, travel trailers and campers
Perform routine maintenance and safety checks
Learn electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Use tools and equipment safely and correctly
Keep the shop clean, organized, and professional

What We're Looking For:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Basic mechanical aptitude (automotive, construction, marine, or handyman experience is a plus)
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Valid drivers license
