Job Description Commercial Litigation Attorney A respected and growing law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated business and commercial disputes within a collaborative, client-focused environment. What You'll Do • Represent clients in a broad range of complex commercial and civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, real estate, construction, and general liability claims. • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements. • Manage all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation. • Conduct legal research and provide clear, strategic advice to clients and senior attorneys. • Collaborate with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies and achieve efficient, favorable results. What We're Looking For • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. • 2+ years of experience in commercial or complex civil litigation. • Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical abilities. • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. • Proven ability to manage multiple matters independently while thriving in a team-oriented culture. • Proficiency with legal research tools (LexisNexis, Westlaw) and standard office software.
