Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a MiMo PM to join our growing team in Chandler, AZ. The PM will work in logistics management for special and complex equipment. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing highly complex semiconductor equipment move-in and move-out (MiMo) projects within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role serves as the central point of accountability for logistics, material readiness, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and operational execution to ensure the successful installation and relocation of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics operations, coordinating material flow, managing warehouse support activities, and driving alignment across project teams, vendors, trades, and stakeholders.

The MiMo Project Manager leads cross-functional teams, manages project schedules, coordinates vendors and contractors, tracks key project milestones, and drives issue resolution throughout the move-in lifecycle. This position ensures all equipment, materials, resources, and stakeholders are aligned to support safe, efficient, and on-time project delivery

Role accountabilities:

• Lead onsite logistics and warehouse coordination activities to support material receipt, staging, storage, tracking, delivery, and issue resolution for large high-tech construction projects.
• Manage and support the warehouse and logistics team in planning, organizing, and executing daily logistics operations in alignment with project schedules and site requirements.
• Oversee material tracking processes, inventory visibility, and reporting to ensure accurate status updates on deliveries, returns, shortages, excess materials, and critical path items.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, trades, project teams, and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, proper material handling, and efficient movement of materials across the site.
• Review logistics documentation, bills of lading, receiving records, and warehouse reporting for accuracy, and ensure discrepancies are identified, resolved, and escalated appropriately.
• Analyze returned, excess, or unused materials to determine opportunities for reuse, reassignment, or scrap disposition in accordance with site and project procedures.
• Proactively identify logistics risks, material constraints, and potential project impacts, and implement mitigation actions to minimize disruption to construction activities.
• Prepare and communicate logistics reports, status updates, metrics, and issue summaries to project leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive logistics process improvements by enhancing warehouse coordination, material flow, tracking systems, reporting practices, and cross-functional communication.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure logistics activities are executed in compliance with site requirements, project procedures, and applicable safety protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse management, materials management, or supply chain, preferably supporting semiconductor, construction, industrial, or high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading or supervising logistics, warehouse, or materials coordination teams in a complex project environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, material tracking, inventory control, receiving processes, and logistics coordination within construction or manufacturing projects.
• Knowledge of semiconductor mechanical, electrical, and process materials used in the construction or expansion of semiconductor manufacturing facilities preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks, manage priorities, and drive issue resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and levels of stakeholders.
• Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite; experience with inventory systems, material tracking tools, and reporting platforms is preferred.
• Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required. Will consider US domestic travelers and relocation.
