Launch Manager

Job Description A client of Insight Global is seeking a Launch Manager to lead new product introductions and manufacturing readiness activities from planning through production ramp-up. This role will coordinate cross‑functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing to ensure successful product launches. The ideal candidate has proven experience leading product launches in a manufacturing environment, driving accountability across multiple teams, managing risks, and ensuring readiness for production. Strong manufacturing launch experience with ownership of readiness from planning through pilot builds and production ramp. Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, maintenance, production, and program/product management. Strong understanding of manufacturing readiness, including BOM readiness, material planning, capacity planning, equipment/tooling readiness, warehousing, and production flow. Experience developing and managing launch plans, stage gates, readiness reviews, risk mitigation plans, and issue resolution. Ability to drive accountability across multiple workstreams and SME teams simultaneously. Strong communication skills with both shop‑floor personnel and leadership teams. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field preferred. * Automotive or HVAC manufacturing/launch experience. APQP, PPAP, or stage‑gate launch methodology experience. ERP/MRP experience supporting BOM management, parts ordering, and launch execution. #J-18808-Ljbffr
