Requirements

• Current nursing license
• Experience in the Operating Room
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients.
• Supervise and delegate appropriate care to assigned staff.
• Support facility leadership to ensure high quality, safe nursing care.
• Manage resources effectively related to patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Engage in ongoing education and professional development.
