Salary Range: Minimum 17.76/hour - Maximum 26.64/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.

Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- High school diploma or G.E.D. is required.
- The candidate must be actively engaged in his/her own recovery program with a minimum of three years of demonstrated personal recovery and sustained abstinence from alcohol and/or drug use.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a peer recovery coach
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Clear and compassionate communication-written, verbal, and electronic
- Ability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
- Solid math, reading, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with typing and word processing
- Be part of a mission-driven team that values your voice and experience
- Work directly with patients to break barriers and build brighter futures
