Compensation $45,000 - $50,000 yearly Qualifications Experience in leading and inspiring teams in a hospitality setting, ensuring exceptional guest service. Ability to oversee and optimize daily front office operations, enhancing guest satisfaction. Proven track record of collaborating with management to implement strategies that elevate guest experiences. Experience in developing and maintaining training programs that empower team members to excel. Ability to monitor and manage budgets effectively, optimizing resources without compromising service quality. Proven ability to foster a positive and inclusive team culture, motivating members to contribute their best. Experience in maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism in guest transactions and communications.
