Residents enjoy affordable living, local dining, and proximity to larger cities such as Athens and Greenville.What We Offer:1099 Independent Contractor structure.Daily guarantee of $1,200–$1,500 for the first 120 days.Transition to 30% of collections.PPO and fee-for-service patient base.100% company-paid lab fees.Established patient base with strong production opportunity.Clinical autonomy in a privately owned practice.Modern, fully digital practice with advanced technology.Supportive, experienced clinical and administrative team.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care.Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans.Deliver procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and root canal therapy.Interpret radiographs and diagnostic findings to guide treatment decisions.Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and post-treatment care.Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient scheduling and a positive patient experience.Maintain high clinical standards, documentation, and compliance protocols.Qualifications:DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.Active Georgia dental license (or ability to obtain).Current CPR certification.Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.Ability to work effectively in a productive clinical environment.Commitment to high-quality, ethical, patient-centered care.
