Police Officer

The City of Farmington is currently accepting applications for one immediate full-time Police Officer opening, and to establish an eligibility list for future full-time Police Officer vacancies with the Farmington Police Department. Must be Missouri POST certified and at least twenty-one years of age. A valid Missouri driver's license is required. Officers will work twelve-hour shifts. This allows officers more time while on the road for follow-up investigations and to spend more time out with the public. It also allows the second shift to be seen in the daylight hours. The pay range for this position is $52,000 to $58,490 per year. The City offers a highly competitive benefit package adding an additional value of approximately $7.04 per hour.
