Overview

Our Data Quality Specialist thoroughly investigate inconsistencies on utility bills in order to provide accurate data for Sustainability Solutions clients. Responsibilities

• Research and resolve abnormalities in utility provider bills
• Audit historical data for new Sustainability Solutions clients to ensure consumption data captured accurately
• Communicate across multiple teams to enhance processing procedures
• Review identified errors and propose process changes to increase accuracy across departments
• Review and approve or deny disputed corrections in Correction Manager

• Prioritize time well and push yourself to consistently achieve higher goals
• Expert at solving problems independently using the resources and tools provided to you
• Feel comfortable using a computer, Google Drive, and Excel
• Committed to quickly learning and adapting to new computer software
• Able to work on multiple tasks at the same time
• Knowledge of data intake and audit processes
