Territory Sales Representative, Shower Doors

Territory Sales Representative (Shower Doors) Guardian Glass is seeking a dynamic account executive to drive profitable growth across a multi‑state Central and Northeast United States territory. The role involves working closely with our Registered Dealer Network and fabrication partners, traveling extensively throughout the region, and building strong relationships with diverse market customers. Responsibilities Key duties include: Understanding product specifications, customer needs, and current distribution practices. Analyzing competitive positioning across the supply chain. Developing a regional sales strategy in collaboration with the Outside Sales Manager. Partnering with fabrication customers to craft mutually beneficial strategies. Driving dealer network sales through strategic collaboration. Identifying and pursuing new prospects in each market. Addressing future dealer requirements. Monitoring dealer performance and supporting growth of key accounts. Acting as the interior product subject‑matter expert. Providing product knowledge, training, and support to prospective dealers. Managing the ShowerGuard warranty process. Qualifications Market segmentation, product management, and business development experience. Proven sales presentation skills. Ability to travel up to 80%, including on short notice. Additional Experience Bachelor's degree in a business‑related field. Experience in the shower enclosure supply chain or residential building construction market. Background in fabrication or shower enclosure sales directly to dealers or homeowners. Compensation Base salary range: $70,000 – $90,000 USD per year. The position also includes eligibility for a company car.
