Grow with a Growing Company!

Are you an experienced driver looking to join a stable, growing company? Mars Electric is seeking a dedicated Class B CDLRoute Driver to join our team out of our Mayfield Branch location. If you’re ready to hit the road with a company that values hard work, loyalty, and offers real opportunities for growth, this is the job for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

On the Road: Drive company vehicles to deliver materials to customer locations and job sites, as well as our Mars branch locations.
Hands-On Work: Load and unload materials using pallet jacks, lift gates, and hand unloading – all while staying safe and organized. This is not a dock-to-dock role.
Fast-Paced Environment: You’ll be making multiple deliveries each day, keeping you on your toes and moving quickly!
Safety First: Conduct daily pre/post-trip vehicle inspections, follow safety procedures, and ensure all deliveries are made on time and safely.
Working First Shift: Weekend work may come up on a voluntary basis.

What We’re Looking For:

Medical Examiner’s Card required.
Valid Class B CDL required.
At least 2 years of driving experience with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 75lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and climbing.
Strong work ethic, with the ability to manage your time and stay on top of deliveries.
Positive attitude and great customer service skills to ensure our customers receive the best experience possible.

Why Join Us?

Competitive Pay: We offer a competitive salary with the opportunity to earn quarterly bonus incentives.
Full Benefits: Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401(k) plan.
Work-Life Balance: We’re committed to providing a consistent 40-hour workweek, so you can enjoy your personal time too!
Stable and Growing Company: Mars Electric is an independent leader in electrical distribution across Northeast Ohio. We’re growing, and we want you to grow with us!

Mars Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Drug screening and background checks are required post-offer.
