Integrations Developer | Hybrid, Kansas City

This position will be hired within the Kansas City metro and will report into the office 3 days per week.Optiv is seeking a skilled Integrations Developer to work with the Enterprise Applications team to design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and API connections between our core enterprise systems. How you'll make an impactProvide escalation support for application issues, including root cause analysis and execution of durable fixesTroubleshoot production issues and partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex system problemsSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality assurance to ensure stable and reliable releasesFollow defined Jira workflows and standards such as:Create and update work that provide accurate status, estimates, to manage work and provide visibilityParticipate in sprint planning, standups, and Agile ceremoniesReview, analyze, and customize configuration through end-to-end support for the NetSuite applicationCustomize and configure system workflows and scripting to improve productivityWork directly with internal clients to gather and document business needsDesign, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite customizations, workflows, scripts, and extensions to support evolving business needsPerform hands-on coding, debugging, and production support to deliver scalable and reliable application solutionsBuild and maintain automation and system integrations using APIs and third-party tools (e.g., SuiteProjects Pro, Jitterbit)Translate business requirements and operational rules into reliable application logic and system configurationsCode, test, debug and implement applications that are scalableGather feedback, troubleshoot, and debug software issues, and provide timely resolutionDesign, develop, and maintain backend logic and core business algorithms that are scalable and reliable solutionsCollaborate with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) and stakeholders to refine requirements and prioritize workAssist with Jira stories, estimate effort using story points, and contribute consistently within sprint commitmentsProvide regular project and work status updates through established team cadences and forumsEngage periodically with internal customers to validate progress, gather UAT feedback, and adjust delivery as neededDevelop and maintain technical documentation to support operational continuity, solution design references, cross-training, and future enhancementsMaintain code and documentation in alignment with established development standards and system governancePerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsWhat we're looking forBachelor's Degree Related degree and/or equivalent applicable work experience required2-4 years of experience in customizing, developing, testing and maintaining Jitterbit requiredExperience configuring cloud-based ERP/PSA applicationsAbility to dive into data record fields, form configuration, workflows, Javascript, SQL like APIs, HTML, searches/reports and CSV imports to define and implement custom data presentations and proceduresDemonstrate understanding of implementing clean user interfaces, data integrity, process documentation and effective business workflowAbility to develop and test in QA and sandbox then move from sandbox to production environmentFamiliarity with SaaS integration tools, cloud storage, and API management, such as Jitterbit is a plusFamiliarity with our other EA applications - Workday, Concur, Suite Projects Pro is a plusJSON, CSS, Cloud ArchitectureBasic understanding of finance and finance operations processesStrong organizational skillsA solid software development foundationComfortable working closely with business partners and explaining technical concepts clearlyStrong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and focus on long-term system stabilityA steady, detail-oriented approach to building reliable enterprise systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities while contributing consistently to team goalsWhat you can expect from OptivA company committed to our inclusive value through our Employee Resource GroupsWork/life balanceProfessional training resourcesCreative problem-solving and the ability to tackle unique, complex projectsVolunteer Opportunities. “Optiv Chips In” encourages employees to volunteer and engage with their teams and communities.The ability and technology necessary to productively work remotely/from home (where applicable)EEO StatementOptiv is an equal opportunity employer.
