While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the “so-what’s” therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations. Additionally, the Sr. Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervisionAbility to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinkingStrong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutionsStrong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teamsWillingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teamsPreferred Skills & Experience:Workday Financials CertificationExpertise with implementation of Workday Procurement, Grants, or Financial AccountingExperience implementing Workday Financial Banking and Settlements or Customer AccountsExcellent communication skills – both oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaborationAbility to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate university and hospital executives on the basis of expertise, maturity, and professionalismAbility to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensionsExcellent time management and prioritization skillsAbility to manage multiple projects of differing scale and durationStrong analytical skills and tools such as Excel used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teamsDesire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologiesThe estimated base salary for this job is $120,000 - $145,000. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $130,000 - $166,750.
