About the Role Join our dynamic team at Stocks Investments Inc, dba Golden Corral in Roxboro, NC, as a Grill Cook. In this position, you will play a vital role in delivering delicious grilled meals to our guests while showcasing culinary skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste. Maintain a clean and organized grill station, adhering to health and safety standards. Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours. Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to minimize waste. Assist in training new kitchen staff on grilling techniques and safety protocols. Perform routine maintenance on grill equipment to ensure optimal performance. Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and provide excellent customer service. Requirements Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
