Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,433–$2,568 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12 nights Start date: 09/07/2026 Setting: Med Surg Telemetry/Intermediate Care unit within a hospital environment Telemetry experience preferred Responsibilities Provide direct patient care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients, including monitoring and assessing clinical status Interpret telemetry readings and respond to changes in patient condition per protocol and orders Administer prescribed medications and therapies, document responses, and ensure safe medication administration Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, and participate in rounds and care conferences Document in the electronic health record, ensure accurate charting of assessments, interventions, and outcomes Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, discharge plans, and follow-up care; facilitate safe transitions of care Requirements Active nursing license in Massachusetts (RN) Nursing degree (diploma, associate, or baccalaureate) Minimum 2 years of Med‑Surg and/or Telemetry experience; telemetry experience required Ability to work in a hospital-based Med‑Surg/Telemetry/ICU‑capable unit Availability for 3x12 night shifts; 4x12 options may be available per unit Must be outside of a 90‑mile radius from the facility Benefits and Support 13‑week travel assignment with guaranteed hours Onboarding and compliance support for agency/vendor registration and documentation Dedicated assignment support and point of contact throughout the assignment Access to credentialing assistance and documentation management About Healthforce Healthforce is a nationwide travel healthcare staffing agency connecting travel nurses and allied health professionals with high-quality contract assignments across the United States.
