Financial Analyst

We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Financial Analyst to spearhead virtual payment systems and audit compliance workflows for a premier healthcare network. Based out of San Francisco, CA, this rewarding contract position offers an incredibly flexible hybrid setup—allowing you to work remotely part of the week while staying deeply connected to core operations.

salary: $30.65 - $30.66 per hour

Responsibilities

Position Summary: Manage the daily operations, system configurations, and auditing for the virtual payment network and corporate/procurement card programs. This role combines data analysis, policy compliance enforcement, and cross-functional user support to satisfy strict service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Payment Plus virtual pay program and assist with program campaigns.

• Conduct performance reporting and analysis on disbursements to identify continuous workflow improvements.

• Reconcile, audit, and investigate corporate card transactions to verify complete policy compliance and prevent misuse.

• Troubleshoot system bugs, translate end-user needs into technical solutions, and provide ongoing program training.

• Collaborate closely with accounts payable, procurement, and external vendors to resolve disbursement inquiries.

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of progressive experience within the Accounting and Finance fields.

• Exceptional computer literacy, advanced Excel skills, and experience working with large data sets.

• High level of proficiency in enterprise online accounts payable systems (e.g., PeopleSoft or large ERP systems).

• Flawless written and spoken English communication skills.

• A college degree is highly preferred.

• Must clear comprehensive background checks, drug screenings, physical evaluations, and health compliance testing.
