An elite dental practice located in the heart of Boise Idaho is seeking an experienced DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) or DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) to join their growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dentist to take over a well established practice. The Role: - Have to the opportunity to take over majority of one founding dentists practice with patients readily available! - Comprehensive dentistry practice offering a broad scope of services including fillings, extractions, endodontic procedures, implants, and more! - 4 or 5 day work week with no evenings or weekends - Treat 20 - 25 patients per day - Perform 12 - 15 examinations per day - Experienced and hands off staff consisting of hygienists, two dental assistants, plus a floating dental assistant Compensation / Benefits: - Income potential of $300,000 - $400,000 in first year - Additional $20,000 signing bonus / relocation assistance - 30% of adjusted productivity (no reduced lab fees!) - Partnership track available for the right candidate - Health and dental insurance provided, employed paid for liability insurance, CE, 401(k) retirement plans, and much more available!
