Part Time Branch Office Administrator

Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator, you will provide seamless administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of advisors. You will play a critical role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional client service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience; develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support team members. Handle account opening, transfers, and other requests directed by advisors; process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives. Assist in the annual business planning process and help develop strategies for the upcoming year. Actively listen for indications of additional service needs and recommend suitable solutions. Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events. Apply strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology; proficiency with MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm software. Work independently under the direction of advisors while collaborating within a large support network.
